  • College interracial interactions are significantly and positively related to all forms of college satisfaction, believing people from other races are persistent/hardworking, and ease of getting along with people from other races.
  • College interracial interactions are significantly and inversely related to blaming people of color for their life outcomes.
  • Relationships between college interracial interactions and college satisfaction are strongest among students who have had greater precollege exposure to difference and heterogeneity.
  • Precollege exposure to racial/ethnic diversity is an important moderator of the relationship between college interracial interactions and student outcomes.
